Tahoe Moving Company is as good as it gets. They are responsive, thorough, professional, fair with their pricing, and up-to-date with their billing and email process. The team is careful, mindful, and hard-working. We had an out of state move that required a lot of planning. They prepared in advance with us, and managed the entire move virtually. Terrific experience with these guys. Everything went as smooth as silk. They delivered boxes ahead of time as promised, called in advance to confirm the move, showed up on time, loaded and unloaded in sufficiently. Beyond that, they were very courteous and friendly, and reasonably priced. What more can one ask?

This company cost me a little more because of the distance from their location to mine. BUT it was more than worth it. Elias and Trent showed up on time, worked hard, and were careful with my things. They are such nice young men and made moving a lot less painful! Thank You so Much!

We hired them to load our moving truck for us. The movers showed up on time ready to work. They packed quickly and efficiently, and I was shocked to see that the moving truck we thought was too small was packed so well it had extra room! Doug, the owner, even came to help when we realized it was a bigger job than we expected. The 3 movers we had were so kind, respectful, efficient, and careful with our belongings. I have nothing but praise for this company and would absolutely hire them again!

On short notice they were able to accommodate a small move with enthusiasm, professionalism, and in an efficient manner. What needed packing, they pitched in and helped. What needed to be removed they gladly assisted. Enjoyed working with all of their staff.

Tahoe moving did an excellent job for me. I was moving items from one city to another and from another property to the third. Complicated logistics and timing were nothing to these guys. Movers picked through items in a local storage unit to load the truck, very patient and helpful. Transported to our Tahoe Donner house, moved several items down some stairs to be donated, then unloaded the truck into various rooms.Some heavy, bulky items, a tricky staircase, the guys made it look easy.Very professional and helpful. Would definitely use in the future.

I had a very short time to move some items within my home in Incline Village. We also needed some items removed to make room for other furniture. Although they were booked initially, they contacted me within days as they had a gap in the schedule. They showed up that day, on time, and efficiently did the work. Fast, polite, and cost effective! I moved all over the world when I was working and this was a very positive experience.

Doug, Shane and River were professional, careful and great to work with! They moved us from the Bay Area to Incline and everything arrived in perfect condition. They take pride in what they do and they went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied--even helping us with furniture placement. They moved a 500-pound wood-burning stove around and out of the house and down a flight of stairs. They were courteous, efficient, and as careful not to do any damage as any movers I've ever known. I recommend them 100%.

Doug and Shane helped us with our move from the Bay Area to Tahoe, and they were incredible. They arrived early to our place in the Bay Area at 1:15PM (after doing another move) and moved everything from our place into the car within 45 minutes - we were on the road by 2PM. Watching them work is quite incredible, as they basically sprint the entire time but are simultaneously very careful with your belongings.Overall, we had a great experience and our originally very stressful move became quite relaxed. I would highly recommend them - thank you!

These guys were life savers! We’ve used them for a total trailer unload, and then I had another small job that needed some muscle that our household was missing. I called them in the morning, and they were there less than 2 hours later. Easy peasy! Courteous. Polite. Helpful. Fast and reasonable priced. They’re your local movers in Tahoe. I had a very challenging two day move, with multiple drop off locations and a dump run at the end!! The Tahoe Moving Company was one of the best moving companies I have used. From the initial contact with Doug who coordinated everything perfectly to the moving team who arrived on time both days and were helpful in all aspect of the move. These guys did a fabulous job. I purchased a monster pizza oven delivered to my garage. The damn thing weighed a literal thousand pounds! Doug, the owner, thought through the logistics to safely move the beast through the house with the able assistance of five extra guys. Two double doors and six steps later, the oven is sitting pretty on our back deck. Absolutely remarkable and super nice people! Shout out to Joey!
